My friend and former roommate Tina sent me an advance birthday card with a disc containing 13 tracks of piano music played by Carl Doy. She's been staying in Hawaii for almost a decade now and never failed to greet me every birthday.

It brought back so many wonderful memories. I missed the times when we stayed up to 3 am just to chat about anything we could think of. I do hope your plan of visiting Manila next year pushes through as I can't wait to see the princess of the Aceves clan in the flesh.
